This is my “Great Hamilton” shawl, from the “Templeton Collection”.
Many hours of work went into designing and creating this shawl, and there are only 2 available!
In an easy care cotton, the “Great Hamilton” has 7 colours that change across the warp, with one colour in the weft.
The “Great Hamilton” was inspired by the street my ancestors lived on in Paisley, Scotland, when they were all weaving shawls in the 1840s.
